This 1:1 session is a safe, nurturing space to release emotional build-up, old energy, and past experiences that may be holding you back. Together, we gently work through anything that feels heavy, stuck, or overwhelming, helping you return to a place of peace, clarity, and alignment.

Using crystals, energy healing, grounding practices, intuitive guidance, and manifestation tools, this session supports you in letting go of what no longer serves you and reconnecting with the energy you’re meant to be in now.

This session helps with:

This session is held from the comfort of your own home, so you can truly relax into the experience. You may choose to lie on your sofa or your bed, wrapped in your own blankets, surrounded by your favourite things. You’re welcome to use your own crystal collection and place them intuitively around your body, and you may wish to light a candle or incense to create a calming, soothing atmosphere. We do the session over a gentle, personal telephone call ~ no video, no pressure, no performing, just a warm, safe space for you to breathe, release, and be fully supported. You have the freedom to offload and let go, while I guide you through each stage of the energetic release and realignment, holding space for you every step of the way. There’s no travelling, no rushing, no appointments to get to, simply a beautiful, heart-led healing experience in the sanctuary of your own home, allowing deep energetic nourishment to unfold with ease.

This session is not therapy, counselling, or a replacement for medical or mental health support. I am not a licensed therapist. The work we do together focuses on energy, emotional release, grounding, and spiritual alignment, rather than psychological diagnosis or treatment. Many clients find that this type of healing complements traditional therapy beautifully, as therapy supports the mind while this session supports the heart, body, and energetic field. If you are currently in therapy, this can be used alongside your existing support to deepen your sense of peace, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
